At a driving gas flow of 8L/min, 76% of the volume output of the Cirrus will be particles less than 5 microns in diameter. The Cirrus is a high quality nebuliser with consistent performance in a variety of positions. The nebuliser has a 22mm femail fitting and may be used with the Intersurgical Modular 1 system
